What is Construction Management?

 

Construction management is all about providing professional services to project owner(s) for effective management of the schedule of the project along with the cost, quality, safety, scope and function. A capital project includes three parties (excluding the construction manager):

This involves complex planning techniques, such as the critical path method along with in-depth knowledge of construction methods.
